Council Leadership

Guided by an experienced management team, the American Board of Higher Education Commission has established a reputation as a reliable and internationally recognized accrediting authority. Our council operates through hands-on engagement, supported by professionals who bring practical insights, strategic vision, and academic expertise to all initiatives.

(ABHEC) Recognition Standards

Our regional delegations manage program-specific accreditation standards, assign members to relevant commissions, and distribute programs among qualified representatives. Each delegation is led by an experienced area director who also oversees the corresponding accreditation commission.

• Maintains a structured and functional accreditation framework, demonstrating adherence to established policies and organizational standards set by (ABHEC).

• Ensures standards, procedures, and regulations are consistently applied, guaranteeing that institutions and programs meet academic quality benchmarks and intended outcomes.

• Promotes transparency and accountability, defining expectations for accrediting bodies, institutions, and programs, and fostering participation in international initiatives.

• Supports academic excellence and student success, using accreditation as a measure to advance and maintain high-quality education.
